PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN SUBMITTING A REVIEW:
A) Name of Service Provider, Therapy, Service or Product – This will be done almost automatically since the provider or product/service information will be presented in the form of a post title. (Don’t worry about making mistakes or misspelling as the Administrator will handle any editing that needs to be done)
B) Date(s) used
Example: June, 2013 – Present or “Started in June of 2013 and we used it for a year”, etc.
C) Reason(s) for seeking out and or using that Service Provider, Therapy, Service or Product, if you want to.
D) Your Actual Experience – You can provide as much or as little detail as you like. Just be sure that it has enough information to convey a complete picture regarding your experience.
E) Give your opinion. Rate all the things that you find important as well as things that you think other people might think are important. Assign them a number if you’d like from 1 to 5 with 1 being the lowest score that could be given and 5 being the highest or best score that could be given.
F) then ask yourself and answer the question: Would you recommend this service/product/provider to other people? This is probably the most telling question and answer of all and the one other potential users will likely be most interested in.
